Device compatibility
Your phone must be eSIM capable and not carrier-locked.
iPhone XS, XR and newer · Samsung Galaxy S20 and newer, Fold and Flip series · Google Pixel 3 and newer · selected Huawei, Xiaomi, Oppo and Honor models
- Selected Huawei, Xiaomi, Oppo and Honor models support eSIM depending on the region the device was sold in — check your device settings for an eSIM or Digital SIM option.
- A phone locked to a carrier cannot use a third-party eSIM. Ask your carrier to unlock it first.
- Plans provide mobile data only. There is no voice or SMS unless a specific plan states otherwise. Your main number stays active for calls and SMS as long as you keep your physical SIM enabled.
