Who we are
eSIMonly provides prepaid mobile data plans delivered as eSIM profiles. We resell connectivity supplied by our upstream mobile network partners and are not a mobile network operator ourselves.
Eligibility and devices
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a legal guardian, to buy a plan. Your device must be eSIM capable and free of any carrier lock. It is your responsibility to confirm compatibility before purchase; the device compatibility list on this site is guidance, not a guarantee for every regional model variant.
What a plan includes
Plans provide mobile data only. They do not include voice calls or SMS unless the plan description explicitly states otherwise. Coverage, available network technology and achievable speeds depend on the local partner networks and are not guaranteed at any specific level.
Fair Usage on unlimited plans
Where a plan is described as Unlimited, a Fair Usage Policy applies: after the stated daily or plan volume, throughput is reduced for the remainder of the period. Access is not disconnected. The applicable threshold is displayed with the plan before purchase.
Validity
A plan's validity period starts when the eSIM first attaches to a supported network, unless the plan states a fixed start date. Unused data expires at the end of the validity period and is not carried over or refunded.
Prices, payment and taxes
Catalogue prices are displayed in USD. Payment is processed by Paddle acting as Merchant of Record. Paddle is the seller of record for your transaction, may charge in your local currency, and calculates and remits any applicable VAT, GST or sales tax.
Referral credit
Referral credit is promotional store credit. It has no cash value, cannot be withdrawn or transferred, and may be revoked if we detect self-referral, duplicate accounts or other abuse.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful activity, to send unsolicited bulk communications, to resell connectivity without written agreement, or in a way that damages partner networks. We may suspend a profile that breaches this clause.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the plan concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including missed bookings or lost business, arising from a lack of coverage.
Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms; the effective date is shown below and material changes are announced on this page. Statutory consumer rights in your country of residence are unaffected.
